There are a number of requirements before a boat can be moored in our marina: signed moorage agreement with proof of residence, security deposit, insurance certificate showing $500,000 minimum property damage liability insurance, current vessel registration, boat documentation/photos, and approved power cord, and more. We do not have boat launch facilities or fuel at the marina. The closest launch ramp is available at the nearby M. James Gleason Boat Ramp at 4325 NE Marina Drive. Fuel is available at Jantzen Bay Fuel Dock or Donaldson's Marina.

No, we have ample free parking for our boaters. Parking is controlled with permits issued by the Marina Office. A maximum of two parking permits may be issued per slip.

Yes, we have an electronic gate control system, which restricts access to the docks and facilities (restrooms, showers, and laundry) to only current moorage tenants.

Utility fees are included in the daily guest rate. For monthly slip rentals, all utilities are included in the rental rate except for shore power. Shore power is charged directly based on usage.

Our live aboard slips are at full capacity at this time, however we do have a wait list for boats 50 feet or larger only.

Yes, we offer guest moorage by appointment only. Guest slips are available at $35.00 per night up to 30-foot length overall and $50.00 per night for 30 to 60-foot length overall. Please call for pricing if over 60-foot.
